Milt Surdam

Milt was born and raised in Bennington. He knows the area and Real Estate very well, having been involved in Real Estate investing for many years. Milt is serving Bennington by being involved on various boards and committees. He is on the board of The Better Bennington Corporation, the design committee, development committee, Chamber of Commerce, Catamount Rotary, Bennington Development Review Board, and various offices in his church. He also has belonged to the Bricklayer and Allied Crafts Union for over 50 years.

Milt is a former board member of Bennington Project Independence, belonged to Nor-Shaft Little League for eight years, both as a board member and coach. At the present time Milt is in the Real Estate business (10 years), owns his own business, and is a member of both the NAR and VAR.

Milt’s commitment to Bennington and his desire to serve the community is still being shown by his having a new office/apartment.

Ann Betit

Ann Betit is a Native Vermonter who recently returned to Bennington, after living in New York for several years with her husband Don and their two sons. Ann received her real estate License in 2009 and joined the team at LM Realty. Before her career in real estate, Ann worked for her Husband Don as office manager of Betit’s Electrical Service. Ann is enjoying her new career in real estate; she also enjoys renovating and decorating homes.
